Plans are being finalized for a new ballpark for the Omaha Royals,in Sarpy County Nebraska. the new ballpark will cost approximately $25 million,and be located on farmland near 126th Street and Highway 370,about 4 miles south of Interstate 80 in the small town of Papillon,NE.
